Richard Ramson / 1996 Cobra SVT

Richard Ramson bought this 1996 Cobra SVT in 2014 as a Club Car coloured maroon with white stripes.
Has campaigned in Targa NZ events from 2014 & many Manfield track events including Winter & Summer series.

In 2016, was repowered with 2013 Shelby GT500 engine & turned into Cobra R tribute model.

Ran with the NZ V8’s super tourers at 2017 NZ GP, in invitation class, finishing 1st in category.

After a argument with a wall followed by a roll over at Manfield in 2018, car was repaired & painted into the current Orange colour scheme with black stripes.

Has competed in numerous Targa’s in the All-comers Extreme category, with best finish being 3rd in Category 2019

In 2019 & 2020 competed at Leadfoot Festival with PB time of 58.10
